The generator creates an A4 invoice with a Swiss QR payment section. It uses structured address data, validates Swiss and Liechtenstein IBANs, and creates the QR reference automatically when the account is a QR-IBAN.

The payment section follows the structured-address format required by SIX since 22 November 2025.

IG QR-bill 2.3
Only structured addresses are permitted in the Swiss QR Code. The generator writes street, building number, postal code, city, and country into separate QR fields.
Valid from 14 November 2026
IG QR-bill 2.4 for CHF
SIX states that version 2.4 requires no technical changes for invoices in CHF. Version 2.3 remains valid until November 2027, so the CHF payment section produced here already fits the transition.
A QR-bill PDF and an XML e-invoice are different formats
This tool creates a PDF invoice with a Swiss QR payment section. It does not create or transmit a structured XML invoice. Sector-specific mandates may require XML and an approved intermediary, including invoices sent by service providers to Swiss Invalidity Insurance from 1 January 2027.

Is this Swiss QR invoice generator free?+−
Yes. You can create and download an invoice without opening a Navor account.
Does Navor save the invoice or customer data?+−
Navor does not persist the invoice or customer record on its servers. The draft and PDF stay in your browser. A Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN is sent through Navor to SIX’s official validation service and may be retained temporarily in an in-memory technical cache.
Do I need to enter a QR reference?+−
No. If you use a QR-IBAN, the tool creates a valid 27-digit QR reference automatically. With a standard Swiss or Liechtenstein IBAN, the payment section is created without a structured reference.
Is this generator compatible with SIX QR-bill version 2.4?+−
For invoices in CHF, yes. SIX states that version 2.4 introduces no technical changes for CHF. The generator already uses the structured addresses required by version 2.3, which remains valid until November 2027.
